We are committed to your satisfaction. In accordance with Compay terms and conditions, Company will give store credit for returns under the procedures below. Some items cannot be returned. These include products marked as “Final Sale” or Products that have been used or altered. The Company additionally does not accept any Product exchanges.
The Company has also made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your device will display the accurate color of the Product.
ALL PRODUCTS NOT RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY SHALL BE SENT BACK TO YOU, AND NO CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
Damaged Product(s)
You must inspect the Products delivered to you on the day of receipt. If you find any defects, you must notify us the same day the Product arrives. If the product arrives damaged and is returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is store credit in the amount charged for the returned Product. Store credit is not transferable.
Restocking Fee
If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, Company retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee to cover the cost of labor and repackaging the product.
Return Procedures
If we accept your return, the following sets forth the required:
- All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product shipment date.
- You need to request a return from contacting Company customer service at support@stemwonders.net.
- All returned Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all components.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges and bear the risk of loss during shipment for the returned Product(s).
- The Company will inspect the returned and will confirm whether the product is damaged or not substantially.
