We are committed to your satisfaction. In accordance with Compay terms and conditions, Company will give store credit for returns under the procedures below. Some items cannot be returned. These include products marked as “Final Sale” or Products that have been used or altered. The Company additionally does not accept any Product exchanges.
The Company has also made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your device will display the accurate color of the Product.
ALL PRODUCTS NOT RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY SHALL BE SENT BACK TO YOU, AND NO CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
You must inspect the Products delivered to you on the day of receipt. If you find any defects, you must notify us the same day the Product arrives. If the product arrives damaged and is returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is store credit in the amount charged for the returned Product. Store credit is not transferable.
If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, Company retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee to cover the cost of labor and repackaging the product.
